Prepare the desired amount of spaghetti and fill a pot with plenty of water, <strong>at least 1L of water per 100g of pasta<\/strong>. Bring the water to the boil, <strong>add salt first<\/strong> and then add the <strong>pasta<\/strong>. When the water starts boiling again, let the pasta cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and <strong>cover the pot with a dishcloth<\/strong>, wrapping the sides well too, and place the lid on the pot.
